The bachelor thesis deals with the design of a multifunctional complex consisting of the existing Bonaparte restaurant building and new outbuildings on the neighboring parcel located in Slavkov u Brna in the urban conservation area in the immediate vicinity of the castle grounds. The newly created complex provides the necessary missing public functions at the level of contemporary standards. It offers an answer to the concept of neoplasm in the historical environment and its interaction in the context of the second part - a reconstructed historical building. The multifunctional complex of both buildings should provide classrooms for elementary art school, restaurant, social hall, library, information center, public toilet, seniors / youth club or maternity center, polyfunctional spaces for rent, spaces for dental surgery.
